Build the total in four parts
Use the amounts shown for your actual payment and delivery method. Lootvera does not show live prices or process payments.
- Displayed amount: the starting price shown for the service or digital value.
- Payment and conversion costs: payment-method fees or exchange-rate differences.
- Platform and delivery costs: store, regional, trade, mail, auction, or listing charges.
- Value at risk: amounts that may be non-refundable after reveal or redemption, or unusable because of a region mismatch.
Check payment and currency conversion
A payment method may add a fee, use its own exchange rate, or settle in a different currency. Compare the final payment screen with the displayed amount before confirming. Taxes or regional charges may appear only after the location or method is known.
Include platform and in-game fees
A store, trade, mail, auction, or listing method may remove a fee from the transferred value. Clarify whether the stated quantity is gross before deductions or net after deductions.
Understand where a refund may go
If a refund is eligible, the destination and timing may depend on the payment method and current terms. Returned store credit, original-payment refunds, and reversed game value are not the same outcome.
Revealed or redeemed value can change the options
A code or digital product may have different refund conditions after it is revealed, sent, or redeemed. Check the correct platform, product, currency, and region before reaching that point.
Compatibility can become a real cost
A product that cannot be used on the recipient account may leave value locked or non-refundable. Treat platform, server, and region checks as part of the total-cost decision, not as a detail to handle later.
Beginner questions
Does Lootvera calculate a live final price?
No. Lootvera is educational and does not display live offers, process payments, or calculate transaction-specific charges.
What is the difference between gross and net game currency?
Gross is the amount before in-game deductions. Net is the amount that actually reaches the recipient after applicable trade, mail, auction, or listing fees.
