About Lootvera
Lootvera helps ordinary players understand third-party gaming goods and services before they decide whether to use them.
Why we started looking
Lootvera began with a question. We had heard that third-party gaming services were mostly scams, but we could also see a real market around game items, currency, top-ups, coaching, boosting, and accounts. The subject looked important and difficult to understand, so the two people behind this project started researching it more carefully.
We compared marketplace processes, publisher rules, delivery methods, account-access risks, protection terms, and common scam patterns. Many long discussions followed. We found a more complicated picture than the simple myth we started with.
What changed our view
Scams and publisher-policy risks are real. At the same time, established marketplaces can have teams, seller checks, payment holds, delivery records, support, and dispute processes. These systems do not make every offer safe, and they do not override a game publisher’s rules. They do show that there is a real industry behind the services many players hear about.
Once our research notes became large enough to help other people, we decided to turn them into Lootvera. The goal is not to tell readers what to buy. It is to explain how each method works, what access it needs, what can go wrong, and what to check before making a decision.
Who writes and reviews Lootvera
Lootvera is a small independent project made by two people. Mara Voss and Elias North are the editorial pen names used on this website. We use pen names to keep our private identities separate from the public project. They are not invented qualifications, job titles, or claims of professional certification.
Our trust must come from work readers can inspect: clear explanations, careful risk language, current primary sources where rules matter, visible update dates, and a public corrections process. Our editorial policy explains how pages are written and reviewed.
Understand before you act
We explain what a service delivers, how delivery works, what information it may require, what can go wrong, and why current publisher rules matter. The current release focuses on education and practical preparation. Lootvera has no live marketplace, sellers, listings, prices, checkout, payments, or transactions.
Our public boundaries
We do not manufacture sellers, prices, reviews, order counts, credentials, or guarantees. Lootvera also does not publish supplier sourcing, expected provider earnings, commissions, fraud logic, or transaction architecture. Those details are not needed for beginner education and could create misleading expectations before a real beta exists.
