Data handling

Privacy

A plain-language summary of the information Lootvera collects during the warm-up MVP.

What we collect

Lead forms collect contact details and the category, platform, region, experience, or message fields shown next to the form. We do not request payment information, game passwords, recovery codes, or authentication codes.

Why we use it

We use submissions to respond, send consented learning updates, and privately review future provider interest. Consent can be withdrawn by contacting us.

Analytics at launch

Lootvera launches without visitor analytics, advertising trackers, or optional tracking cookies. We do not send form messages, names, or email addresses to an analytics service. If this changes, this page and any required consent controls must be updated before optional tracking begins.

How submissions are handled

Submissions are stored in a restricted server-side data file and an automated notification is sent to the private Lootvera mailbox. They are not published. The form does not automatically email the address entered by a visitor. Access is limited to the two people handling administration and responses.

Bot and abuse protection

Forms use technical checks, short-lived rate-limit records, and duplicate detection to reduce automated abuse. Rate-limit identifiers are kept in server memory and are not used for advertising. When Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare processes technical browser and network signals to decide whether a security check is needed.

Retention

Valid form submissions are kept on the website server for up to 90 days. Form-notification emails follow the same 90-day housekeeping period. Security rate-limit records expire much sooner. We may keep a correction record longer when it is needed to explain a published editorial change, but it should contain only the minimum useful information.

Your choices

To withdraw newsletter consent or request access, correction, or deletion of a submission, email hello@lootvera.com from the address used in the form.
