Check the result for your type of service
Use the check that matches what you expected. Do not confirm a different result simply because something was delivered.
- Game items: check the exact item, version, quantity, recipient, and in-game fees.
- Coins or currency: check the net amount received, server, and character or account balance.
- Top-ups: check the correct player ID, region, currency, and new balance.
- Codes: redeem only through the official interface and confirm the code matches the right platform and region.
- Coaching: confirm the session happened for the agreed time and covered the agreed goal.
- Boosting or progress: check the relevant rank, mission, level, reward, or in-game state.
- Game accounts: check the described progress and access, while remembering that evidence cannot prove permanent ownership.
Match evidence to the original agreement
Keep the original description, recipient details, method, timing, and messages about changes. Useful evidence shows the same result and method you agreed to, not only a general screenshot or a message saying completed.
Protect sensitive information
Crop or redact unrelated account identifiers, payment details, recovery data, and private conversations. A password or two-factor code is never appropriate delivery evidence.
Do not ignore a partial result
If only part of the item, currency, session, progress, or balance arrived, record the amount received and the amount missing. Do not confirm the full result while an agreed part is still missing.
Understand what evidence cannot prove
A screenshot can be edited and may not show whether an account or transfer will later be reversed. Evidence supports a review; it does not guarantee publisher permission, ownership, or permanent access.
Beginner questions
When should I confirm delivery?
Confirm only after you can check that the agreed result reached the correct recipient through the expected method. If a relevant part is missing or different, record it and use the available review process first.
What if only part of the result arrived?
Record what arrived and what is still missing. Keep the original agreement and relevant timestamps, and do not confirm the full result as complete.
