A trade record may show the exact item and recipient; a coaching record may show the completed session and agreed focus. Useful evidence is specific, chronological, and redacted.
Limits and privacy
Screenshots can be incomplete or altered. Never include passwords, recovery answers, authentication codes, payment details, or unrelated personal messages as delivery evidence.
