Document every point below in writing. Voice calls can help coordination, but summarize important decisions in a reviewable form.
- The exact outcome that was agreed.
- The recipient who should receive it.
- The platform involved.
- The region set on the account.
- The delivery method.
- The timing that was promised.
- The access boundaries you agreed to.
Share the minimum information
A public player ID may be necessary for a top-up; a schedule may be needed for coaching. Neither automatically justifies personal identity documents, passwords, or account recovery information.
Treat links and downloads carefully
Open official services independently and scan unexpected files. A service should explain why a tool is necessary; pressure to disable security software is a strong reason to stop.
