A password can be changed while recovery email, purchase history, identity records, console links, or original creation details remain connected to someone else.

Recovery may happen later
An account can appear stable for days or months before a recovery attempt, ownership review, chargeback, or automated security event. A short inspection cannot prove future control.
Avoid disputed ownership when possible
Starting a new account, using official progression, coaching, or player-controlled assistance avoids many ownership conflicts. Lootvera does not describe account transfers as safe or permanent.
