Check these five things before you pay
A top-up credits the identifier that is submitted. Moving or reversing the balance may not be available, which is why the identifier deserves more attention than the price.
- The player ID or UID, character by character. One wrong digit credits a stranger.
- The server or region set on the account, not the one written on the offer.
- The platform, because balance bought on one store may not appear on another.
- The exact pack size, and any first-purchase bonus condition attached to it.
- That the redemption page is the publisher's own domain, opened by you rather than through a link.
What is a top-up?
A top-up increases an account’s premium balance without transferring a pre-existing character or item. The player may provide a public player ID, or redeem a code directly through an official interface.
What does the player receive?
The result is a defined balance or pack credited to the correct account. Confirm the game, platform, region, currency, quantity, and any bonus conditions before starting.
Top-up and code delivery patterns
Player-ID delivery credits the account after the identifier is submitted. Code delivery gives the player a code to redeem. An official store flow completes through the game or platform owner.
What information is reasonable?
A top-up needs identifiers only. A password, recovery code, or two-factor authentication code should never be treated as normal top-up information.

Buy through the publisher, console store, or an authorized retailer when available. Never share recovery or authentication codes to complete a balance addition.
